Pfefferle Tire and Auto Service is locally owned and operated since 1994. Cheryl and Steve Pfefferle opened the business in Fairfield and have since expanded to multiple locations. Steve Pfefferle’s background in the auto service industry began in the 1970’s. He started out as a tire changer and eventually moved his way to warehouse manager for Bob Sumeral. In the late 1980’s, he was part owner of an auto repair shop in Fort Wright, KY until deciding to open his own business.
In 1997, at age 15, their son Chris started working for the family business. In 1999, the first expansion took place. The repair shop in Fairfield grew from a 6 bay facility to 8 bays. The two new bays were used as a “Quick Lube” type environment, changing from appointments only, to oil changes first come, first serve adapting to the ever changing auto service industry.
Chris went on to graduate from The Ohio State University in 2005 with a bachelor of science in business administration degree. Five years later, Pfefferle Tire and Auto expanded to the west side of Hamilton where they have been for almost 10 years and counting. Pfefferle Tire and Auto are proud to be a part of the community in Hamilton and Fairfield. Pfefferle Tire and Auto currently operates two locations – 990 Main St., Hamilton, OH 45013 and 479 Nilles Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014.
Pfefferle Tire and Auto perform quick oil changes – no appointment necessary, at competitive prices. Hours at our Fairfield store are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 6PM and Saturday from 8AM – 3PM. Hours at our Hamilton store are Monday-Friday 8AM – 5:30PM. Hamilton is closed on Saturday.
Pfefferle Tire and Auto also sell tires – all major brands. We are a Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Uniroyal dealer. When you buy tires from us, we make it simple – mounting, balancing, tire recycling and road hazard warranty are included. We don’t play games with pricing; we want our customers to have all of the knowledge up front to make an informed decision.
Pfefferle Tire and Auto specializes in full service auto repair, all makes and models. Whether it is engine diagnostics, brakes, alignment, struts, shocks, ball joints, complete engine or transmission replacement, etc… If it is mechanical, Pfefferle Tire and Auto will repair it or service it. We have two ASE master technicians on staff at both of our locations for a total of four master techs. Pfefferle Tire and Auto Service are AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility and ASE Blue Seal of Excellence repair shop. So, we have the tools and technicians to repair your vehicle right the first time.
